Louis Blanc luxury apartments 

• The project is located near the Government of Romania, in Piața Victoriei and is designed by the architect Radu Teacă. It is a luxury apartment building with 4 floors and 4 apartments (the surface of each apartment is bigger than 100 sqm), each apartment having 2 parking places and built with the finest materials and techniques by our company.
• The structure is mixed: metal pillars, concrete diaphragms, reinforced concrete floors and monolithic reinforced concrete foundations. The structure is coated with a ventilated façade covered with fiber cement panels. The windows have aluminium profiles and double glazing. The client is a private investor.
